Robyn Gisbert

A lifelong learner of Art and Science, Robyn is an Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a member of the Physical Therapy Program. She is a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional and Trauma Sensitive HeartMath Provider. She is currently researching resiliency, anxiety, and depression in graduate students and is investigating the role of Heartfulness meditation in developing resilience for healthcare students. Heartfulness has added clarity and joy to her life.

Margaret Schenkman

Margaret was introduced to Heartfulness over thirty years ago and has been a Heartfulness trainer since 1994. In her professional life she is a physical therapist, educator, and scientist. Currently she is a professor at the University of Colorado in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation where she is a member of the Physical Therapy Program. She is known internationally for her research related to exercise and function while living with Parkinson’s disease. Over the years, Heartfulness has become the pivot point of her life.
